Gallery URL (optional but very useful): http://www.riotsound.com/Graffiti/art-gallery/
Gallery version: Gallery version 1.5.1 is.
Apache version: I am not sure
PHP version: I belive it is PHP v4.4.7
Graphics Toolkit: I am not sure
Operating system: Windows XP
Web browser/version (if applicable): IE version 7

Hi, I REALLY need help on this

this is what I am trying to do -- I have a gallery on my website www.RiotSound.com with about 3300 graffiti and street art pictures from around the world .. it is set up in Gallery version 1.5.1

Currently the URL of the gallery is:

http://www.riotsound.com/Graffiti/art-gallery/

Also, all the individual galleries have URLs such as

http://riotsound.com/Graffiti/art-gallery/Toronto-Graffiti-Canada
http://riotsound.com/Graffiti/art-gallery/Zurich-Graffiti-Switzerland
http://riotsound.com/Graffiti/art-gallery/Montreal-Graffiti

WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO DO is swith the URLS.. so that instead of the word "art-gallery", the world "pictures" appears

So instead of having the main gallery URL be

http://www.riotsound.com/Graffiti/art-gallery/

I would like it to be

http://www.riotsound.com/Graffiti/pictures/

Also, this would, of course mean that the URLs of all the individual galleries would also have to be changed as would the URLS of each individual picture -- because wherever "art-gallery" appears in a URL, I would like "pictures" to appear instead

I have access to my gallery configuration wizard and I have tried various things with zero success -- I am also using dreamweaver.. so I am not sure if I have to do something in the gallery configuration setup in conjunction with doing something in dreamweaver etc... pretty much I am lost. I doesn't seem like this should be very difficult to do but I am really at a point where I don't know even what to attempt. Can anyone PLEASE PLEASE be of any help and explain to be what needs to be done... As I mentioned, all I want to do is switch one word within the URLs that apply to the gallery as a whole, all the individual galleries and individual pictures and I want everything to work as it always has before.

If someone could be of assistance I would greatly appreciate it :) thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you to anyone that can volunteer thier knowedge

Hello,

you have to rename the physical folder in which the gallery is installed and you have to adjust the URL in config.php
