Hello,
I want to integrate 7500 photographs being already classified in files and under files. Which method to use?
Thank you

Do you mean that you already have the 7500 photos organized in directories on your computer?
If so, this may work. I don't know if Gallery on your server will die if you try adding that many photos at one time, it all depends on how large they are.
1) Zip them up on your computer so that all the photos and directories are in the zip file.
2) If not already done, enable the Add Items plugin for importing so you can import from the Local Server. Then on the left, under Import > Web/Server you can configure that.
3) Now enable the Archive Upload plugin so you can import a ZIP file.
Upload the zip file you made to the directory you configured in step 2 and now go to the main album and add items just like you normally would, select the Local Server upload method and select the zip file you uploaded.
If Gallery chokes on that on your server, you may need to break this up into smaller zip files.
Another method might be Gallery Remote, but I haven't used it for so long I can't remember if it will create albums based on directory names.
Here are a bunch of other methods as well:

There is also the Upload Applet, WebDAV, XP Publishing.
If you have Perl installed or are familiar with it, there is this option as well:

In other words, there are so many ways to skin this cat, it's not even funny ;)
