:o I usually modify 60% of my photos in Photoshop. I was wondering if it is possible to retain the original exif information (eg: camera, shutterspeed, flash, etc.) so that jhead will see it post modified. I know this seems like a Photoshop question but maybe someone in this forum knows. I have no problem seeing the correct exif data to unmodified files taht came straight off the camera but the file sizes are f'n huge. I'd also like to note that ACDsee allows you to enter in special exif data which is really cool for digitally generated graphics. You could be creative for miles with that one. Any help with this is much appreciated Here is my gallery: |

Photoshop sadly strips the EXIF information. One way of resolving this is is to backup the exif data, edit in photoshop and re-apply the EXIF info after editing.

appreciate the reply...
I found out one way to do by editing the orig. photo and then pasting the edited version over the current version, saving as a psd then using Irfanview to convert it..I'm sure this is the most difficult way possible to accomplish this..I'll search the AcDsee forums and post again if I can find a better solution.
