Browsing for pictures to upload in Thumbnail View?

I find Thumbnail View to be invaluable when I am uploading pictures, because my camera's autogenerated filenames are cryptic. Can Gallery Remote use Thumbnail View when browsing for files to upload?

Currently I use Explorer and its thumbnail view to drag & drop files into Gallery Remote.

GR uses the standard Java browsing window, which even in 1.4.2 doesn't display thumbnails.

What's wrong with drag-and-dropping from Windows Explorer? I use drag-and-drop from ACDSee.
