Yes:
User: anonymous
Pass: [blank]
Use:
cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.Gallery.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/gallery login
And just hit enter when prompyed for the password.
Then:
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.Gallery.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/gallery co gallery2

I was able to download it, but can't get anything running.. Just error messages... Too tired to play around with it anymore tonight...
