Installing G 1.5.7 on a new web site

	Can any one please tell me how to install gallery 1.5.7 on my new web site I have just created on my computer. I have used Dreaweaver to create my pages I have not uploaded to IPOWER server. I have downloaded G1.5.7 to my computer what do I do now? Thank you - (ive been sick so all previous posts I put are irelevant)
