allow users to submit photos to admin?

I would have thought this would be pretty common, but I haven't been able to find it yet. It's probably right in front of my face.... haha

Is there a module out there that gives logged in users the ability to submit photos to the administrator? Even if they are sent to email...

Any ideas out there? Thanks!
