installing Theme - Ice

I just installed the latest version of gallery. I am looking at the themes and i like Ice. I downloaded and decompressed ice however I see no installation faq or readme. How do you install this theme? I just put the theme files in themes and the module files in modules but there is also a php file that is not in either of those folders andi have no clue where that goes. Furthermore, when I go to my admin panel I dont see Ice in the available themes.

Please help me? I am new to Gallery 2 and still learning.
