2 Rating questions: Default Album and Thumbnail for Sub-Albums

I'd like to have my default (home) gallery be the Rating gallery (best voted images). And I'd like it to display something other than 'Rating: 3.5' for the title.

I'd also like the sub-albums to display the highest-voted image as the thumbnail.

How can I do these things?
