After clicking "More Plugins" in "Site-Admin" over the last days, this message occurs: "Der Status des Plugins checkoutdownload konnte nicht gelesen werden." So, something like: "The Status of the Plugin checkoutdownload couldn' t be red". My "checkoutdownload" folder, all sub folders and all their files seem to be chmoded with "777". What could the error be caused by? Nice greetings, Dirk. -----

Most likely: you haven't yet upgraded from the 0.3.3 beta version of checkoutdownload, which doesn't include a MANIFEST file. So the update code is unable to test if the checksums of the existing files are correct. It's not an error, it's a correct message, and you can go on to upgrade as normal.

Thanks for your fast answer, Alec,
I ran the update process during the last days or weeks a few times. After the processes something like this is shown: ch1.png
I click "More Plugins" and "Aktualisiere die Plugin Liste" something like "Show Plugins" and this is displayed: ch2.png.
Can't find anything of the checkout folders to update. They should all be chmoded with "777".
"verändern" = change
Obviously I am missing something...but what?
Nice greetings, Dirk.

Click on the "modify" ("verändern") next to checkoutdownload on the More Plugins page and post another screenshot.

You've got the latest version then, so I wouldn't worry about it. Just enjoy selling lots of downloads!
How are you doing with the German translations, btw? ;-)

Okay, thanks Alec,
Well that's calming; I thought may be that behaviour could have been a hint that there might occur a failure somehow.
I am still in the testing phase...so enjoying becoming a download-millionaire I will have to wait a bit...
I plan to set up my production website today, tomorrow or something like that and then while configuring all start to translate...beginning with the front end translation words...when the first "po" file is translated I will send it to you immediately...
...and many thanks for your help.
Nice greetings, Dirk.
