Archive Upload - creating upzip binary

I'm having trouble creating the upzip binary for Archive Upload. Ive already had a quick look on the forum and couldnt really find anything. Ive read the install file yet im still confused. I have upzip version 5.52 and have unzip the archive and i know i'm meant to copy the upzip.c and upzip.h file into the correct platform folder, I am using windows xp pro with JSAS (Joomla Stand Alone Server - uses apache) so i'm guessing thats the win32 folder yet from here I am unsure of what todo. Can anyone please tell me what I do next to create the binary file?
