WANTED: Help integrating gallery2 into website plus module development

I am looking for a developer to help build functionality on a 'not-for-profit' contemporary artists community website project. The site is already live and is based on a modified install of gallery svn 2.3 All mods have been documented by the previous developer (and applied to local folders as necessary). The new developer must be willing to continue documentation in a similar manner.

Main tasks as follows:

1.Integrate gallery2 into a suitable light-weight cms (Joomla, WP, etc) or just make custom html templates to provide news page, forum, gallery, etc.
2.Cosmetic theme template amendments.
3.Cosmetic module amendments (mainly changing icon and text).
4. Feedback score - something like ebay I suppose, but no where near as detailed.

Layouts can be provided of how the pages should look - or if you have good design / layout skills you can also take control of this aspect if you wish.

You should have at least 2 years professional experience and be reliable. I would prefer to settle on a price for the main development as detailed above - and then an hourly rate for any ongoing additional changes / upgrades etc. We can negotiate all this of course.
