User directories/permissions

I was wondering if there is a way where that a user can only modify his/her albums and photos and not every album/photos in the gallery. I didn't see any options for this.

The best way I think to lock a user into his own directory/album/photos is by creating their root directory when they sign up to the gallery...is this possible?

example, when I create the username:
Test123, it will create a directory within the gallery root directory
root/Test123

and that's all the user would have access to is the Test123 directory.

This would be awesome to help on security and privacy of others accounts.
