Adding photos from Picasa, how?

I read the option: add from Picasa:
"Carica i file archivio esportati da Picasa direttamente dal tuo computer. Inserisci il percorso completo al file e una didascalia facoltativa nei riquadri qui sotto."

But where is the option "export archive" within Picasa?

Why don´t you try using option Windows XP?
It´s easier.
