[thumbnail manager / PGTheme] Missing image file

Hi,

I have a problem with thumbnail manager and did not find a solution in the forum.

The plugin installed successfuly, but when I go to the thumbnail manager page to specify a new mime type, each time I try to upload a jpeg image for the thumbnail, I get an error message saying that the image file is missing.

I can't understand why... I tried to ftp the images to "/modules/thumbnail/images/" directory in case they would show in the list, but they don't.

Any help would be great.
