Inhouse Print Lab module required

I have my own photo lab and I want setup an online photo print business. I am thinking of using gallery2 and zencart to achieve that.I want to do following

1) Let user login and create private albums where each user can see his own uploaded pix.

2) Add to cart fucntionality with zen cart

3) Print service where instead of sending pix to 3rd party sites it sends pix to website owners lab or emails the pix to owners email address.Sending email is one option or copying the ordered pix in to some 'order' folder is another option where admin can log later on and download the pix himself for inhouse print

I know first 2 are doable and people have done it but I am not sure about the 3rd one.
If there is a module available or can be developed then it will be great. It will help the small photo labs to setup their own websites for photo prints

Any help is welcome.

I'm looking for the same thing :) So far tried every gallery software out there like Ktools,Photo Store Script,
