How to go to next page of images on microthumb page?

Using Xtreme Theme. Loving it. I currently have the albums linking to the microthumb page. Problem i am having is some users have over 50 images. Currently the navigation just takes you to the next image. This makes for a pain in the butt to just quickly look at the thumbs. Is there a way to go to the next "page" of microthumbs instead of the next thumb?
