Report Offensive Content module

Hello,
I searched for something like this but couldn't find anything, if there is a topic like this already please point me in the right direction.

I'm looking for a 'Report Offensive Content' module for G2, or if one doesn't exist, to make one.

Basically my gallery will have upwards of 5,000 users, and I won't have time to go through and moderate all images etc as they are uploaded.
So I was planning on having a simple button that users can click to report an image as offensive, this would then send me an email and I can check the pictures out and remove if needed.

Alternatively, if there are too many emails coming in, the report link could simply add to a list (table?) which then gets emailed using a cron job.

Anyone know of anything like this already? And if not, where would be the best place to start?

I've not seen any one create such a module for G2 or G3. Now, thinking about it, I think the closest I've seen was someone modded their theme to have an email link that sent the page link where the offensive comment is.
