Webcam Plug in Modification - Wecam Archive

Hello, Would like a quote on charges to modify the webcam plugin to add an archive feature. This would allow creation of multiple webcam albums that each have the ability to grab an image from a URL and archive it to an album and start a new album each day. Ideal solution would have custom capture time for each album and an automated way to clear out old images.

Output would be an album for each webcam with sub album of all of that day's images sorted by time.
