Get paid to make a module ?

Hello,
I would like to know how much can it cost me to make a module:
- insert a cart for images only (not for video), this cart is a link to Javascript, under each picture
- insert a external javascript for the shopping cart
- insert a permanent link for the Cart (javascipt link)
- admin to choose the category of pricing
- admin to choose the ID for shopping cart
