Sync local to gallery and back

Hi there! I am looking for a tool that I can use to sync a list of local folders with Gallery in Windows XP. I am currently using Web Folders, but I cannot edit the files directly, I need to save a copy and then overwrite them when I am done. The sync can happen live or scheduled. Any help would be great.
