First of all, you should ask this in the PostNuke forum, not the installation one.

Second, you should read the instructions in the README, and in the User Guide.

hello bharat,

many many thanks to you! i appreciate your hints and your help!! I love the Gallery.
One question though, bharat,

i work with ftp and without unix! In the readme i saw that i had to create two files:
those two files htaccess and config.php - here mentioned

Unix with FTP access
ftp> chmod 777 .htaccess
ftp> chmod 777 config.php
ftp> chmod 755 setup

Quote:
are they really empty files or not: if i try load the configuration wizzard from this
page here mydomain.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=gallery&file=index
i get error 500 pages or someting eles

when want to run the installer than i run into Error 500 pages!!
if i start the installer on the site: page here mydomain.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=gallery&file=index i get error 500 pages or someting eles

and the url is quite funny - the 500 er pages are shown on that urls:
mydomain.com/modules/gallery/setup/index.php

any hint any thought - everything will be greatly appreciated
i love the gallerymodule!

Read FAQ C. I think you need to delete setup/.htaccess to resolve your "server 500" errors.
