How to split Navigation Links

I may have posted this in the wrong Category (posted under Customization). I think I was supposed to have posted it here. Sorry.

Question..

How can I split the sidebar Navigation Links and add a new header to it?

Example:

How it is now:

Add Album
Add Items
Configure RSS Feeds
Delete Album
Edit Album
Edit Captions
Edit Permissions
Make Highlight
Move Album
Rearrange Items
View Latest Photos
View Slideshow

How I want it to look:

Add Album
Add Items
Delete Album
Edit Album
Edit Captions
Make Highlight
Move Album
Rearrange Items
View Latest Photos
View Slideshow

Moderator ONLY

Configure RSS Feeds
Edit Permissions

So I just want to split the links, add a space, then the header "Moderator ONLY" in BOLD, add space, and then always have just the "Configure RSS Feeds" and the "Edit Permissions" underneath it (and removed from the section above).

I have no idea which files to edit and I don't know how to write the code.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
