Migrating g1 -> g2 , import stopped 3/4 way through

Prepped my g1 installation, i followed the sticky migration instructions to the T. I then installed g2, activated plugins I would need. Then I made a test album. From here I started the migration, chose all of the albums I wanted to migrate, then boom there it went! The migration got to about 3/4 then sat on a image for ever, i should have took note of it, but then i refreshed the page, the import attempted again then failed ... no i didn't catch the error .

Should I start from scratch on the g2 gallery and retry the migration? I looked at removing the albums that were installed, but they wouldn't remove. I'd hit remove, then it would take me to a blank page. Any help would be very appreciated.

This gallery2 sure looks SHARP!!! Can't wait to use it Thanks!
