Word press Sidebar on Gallery Page

How do we get the Word Press Side Bar to show up on the gallery page after its been integrated with the WP site?

how do I get rid of the sidebar put in by Gallery?

Easy way to get rid of the Gallery sidebar is to edit the Gallery2 theme and remove the blocks that display in the sidebar. I cannot recall off the top of my head how to get the Wordpress Sidebar to display, I do remember seeing a thread about this that had some instructions

If anyone has any info on this I would greatly appreciate it. I have entered the <?php get_sidebar(); ?> everywhere in the wpg2header.php, yet it is always above the gallery and not to the right of it.

Anyone have any info on where to call the sidebar?
