Appearance - inserting my logo and a link back to my main page

Hi,

I just got G2, and I must say it is all I wanted plus much more. I am almost ready to shift my domain over and put G2 to use.

But first I would like to insert my logo with a link to my main page on the header of the Gallery page. (../welcome.php)

How would I do this?

My temporary site is http://75.126.24.29/~litjensc/

It will be www.litjens.com.au shortly

I am having some trouble with finding the theme.tpl file so as i can add my own logo!!

Please help?
