I ran across this problem and didn't find any help in a search of the forums. But I did find a solution after calling my service provider.

I had to ftp the unstuffed folder gallery2 to the server.

During step 2 of the install, I got a warning that .htaccess files were missing from several folders.

I looked on my mac and couldn't find the .htaccess files either. So I tried to create one from a blank text document.

My os said that any file starting with "." was considered a system file and makes it invisible, which it did, to my dismay.

The solution was a setting under view in Transmit, my ftp program.

Set it to "show invisible files" and re upload. No problems with step 2, now!
