Will Pay$$: Modify existing theme

I need my gallery customized.
MODx CMS knowledge a plus.
Please have advanced skills. No beginners please.

I am using Carbon theme. I have made some changes, but need some advance changes that I don't have time to work on and need assistance. I would like this project done ASAP if possible.

Examples of some of the changes needed:
Move login to another page
First page: change size of thumbnails, have them lined up in one column, put the album info to the right of the image.
Remove the "add album to cart" from all albums.
Remove the tag "Size" and leave only the "items total".
Find out why the icons are not showing up.
On photo thumbnail page, remove all image details, make the thumbnails larger, position the thumbnails closer.
Photo page: remove title of image and date. Add comments section (add and view). Remove cart info from bottom. Remove the last child off the breadcrumb (the image name).
Slideshow: make slideshow look/act like slideshow in the theme PGlightbox.
