How to link to a specific language?

I use Gallery within an i-frame of Joomla (http://www.joomla.org/). Within my Joomla website the user can select the language of choice (Dutch or English), but when they click for the Gallery, they will always get the Gallery default language. They will have to select their language again. How can I directly link to the correct language? PS. This forum mentions that within version 2.3 we will be able the configure the language pull-down, which shows far much more languages than the languages (Dutch or English) that are available on my website. When will version 2.3 be available? |

Maybe the complete integration with Joomla [see download] will solve the problem too ... not sure.

Thanks Slayergirl this link was very useful. I'm ashamed I did not find it myself. I'm using the G2_language=languageCode request string now. At first it did not seem to work. Then I discovered: language code "en" means English (US), whereas I thought it meant English (UK). Since I could not find the correct code for English (UK) have switched to English (US). Fortunately I have not done a lot of translating yet.
