Album passwording not working

Hello everyonw I am using the latest version of gallery. It is possible to protect individual albums with a password (Item administration). When I try to access a passworded album, the password prompt appears. However, the password is NEVER accepted and I keep being returned to the password prompt. Any assistance would be really appreciated. Andrew |

FAQ: What information is required when I ask for help in the forums?
does the problem occur after you perform FAQ: How can I clear cached data? ?
did you ensure you typed the correct password?
which web browser did you test the password-protected album with? (you need to reproduce the problem with Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer, etc...)

Thank you so much for your answer. I have in fact tested it with both Firefox and IE - and since receiving your message did clear the cache as you suggest. Nothing helps - and no... I did not mistype the password.
I do appreciate your response. I will poke around some more.
