Editing Tags with Siruix Theme

Hello I just installed the Siriux theme, and I like it. There is one problem I cannot figure out though.

My gallery is set up so that users can edit tags. However I cannot make the theme show the edit tags box under each photo like you can with the matrix theme. I figured out how to show the existing tags, but editing them is my issue. I need to be able to be edited by the admin as well as users.

Any ideas on how i can accomplish this?
