restoring album help

IIS/Win2k Server

Server crashed and we are rebuilding it. I have gallery up and running and wanted to restore our old albums and structure from a veritas backup.

I have dropped everything in the albums folder with the same structure. names are there, organization is there and everything looks good. But as you can see (http://snowtrails.org/gallery) the photos (thumbs, resize and full) are not showing. Albums has full internet user privileges including sub folders.

I looked at the 1.x FAQ and saw no comments on this. Who can point me in the right direction on solving this need. Regrettably I just don't have time for extensive reading, trial and error!
