Question concerning the picture description

Hi!

I'm planning to put up a website where people can show off and describe their linux desktop.

The plan is to have at least 4 albums, where every registered user can upload images to.

But I'd like to define a template for the users to fill in. The users should be able to post URLs, which should be clickable.

Is this possible?
