ok, so i've set up gallery twice before, but this third time, i seem to forget how i'm supposed to ifnd the administrator password. i looked in the readme file, the faq, the user guide... maybe it's getting late and i'm tired. anyone care to enlighten me? :smile: |

I don't recall where it's mention, but it's 'admin' and the password
you set during configuration.

Funny, you wouldn't have been able to complete the configuration
without supplying an admin password, so it clearly did ask.
It's hashed (not in plain-test) inside the albums/.users folder in one of the files.
If you forgot what it was, just re-run the configuration and put in a new password
that you can remember.

Do you by anychance know what the default username is to get into the admin area. When we set up the Gallery it asked us for a password, which we supplied, It never asked for a username. Great program! to bad we can not get into it to load pictures.

I did input "admin" and my password. It does not display any red warnings. It just sits there and does nothing.
