vbulliten 3.6.8 intergration

Is it possible to intergrate vbulliten 3.6.8 into gallery 2 as i have it running at the moment via a link on site but would like to intergrate it so current members can just upload pics rather than me having to set them up an account to do so also if this is possible could anyone do this for me as i havent got a clue how to do it i am willing to pay someone if they know what they are doing and the price is right hope someone out there can help me many thanks
