Upgrading from Gallery de 1.5-pl1. to lastest !??

What i have to do to upgrade my gallery to lastest version??.. what is the new version??, is there a document to can read to do that??, what's the best way to do it !

The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful): http://www.adrenalina4x4.com/modules/gallery
Gallery version: Gallery de 1.5-pl1.
Apache version: apache_1.3.33'
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please): 4.4.1
Graphics Toolkit:
Operating system: FreeBSD 4.10-SATA-RELEASE #0: T i386
Web browser/version (if applicable): Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.7

The latest version of stable Gallery 1 is 1.5.7.
To upgrade from an existing Gallery 1.x, just copy over the new files.
