Problem with "geko theme"

excuse me but i have a problem with Geko theme in Gallery.
I have installed the theme (version 1.3.1) in the latest version of Gallery2 (2.2.3). All seem to be ok but i cannot see the dropdown list or dynamic tree. If i change theme the problem is solve and this element appeared in the side bar or in the album and photo page.
Do you know if there is some problem of compatibility between gallery223 and geko131.
