How do I direct wpg2 3.0 to an external stylesheet for wpg2 output via wordpress page using a custom wpg2header? Since upgrading from wpg2 2.x to wpg2 3.x, the embedded gallery page in wordpress is not styling correctly.

It will automatically go to wpg2header if it's present. Please check your header, we automated a few things that used to be manual additions to themes. Check this thread.

in addition of you can also have your own wpg2.css stylesheet, if you include a wpg2.css file in your Wordpress Theme Directory (after validating WPG2)

Thanks for the tips. I just rebuilt my wpg2header.php and wpg2footer.php files from scratch (rather than using the ones that were working with wpg2 2.x). That did the trick, although I can't figure out what the problem was with the original wpg2header and wpg2footer files.

The way you build the headers between WPG2 2.x and 3.x has changed, you no longer need to worry about stripping out the Gallery2 Javascripts / Data / CSS etc..
