Need a coder to do the following...

I work for a Pet website. I'd like to use this picture gallery script but with a few modifications. Here is a description of what I'd like it to do: The script should allow people to submit their pet picture, story, link, email, pet name, age, and kennel/cattery name to our photo gallery.

Before the user is able to upload their photo and info, the script should give the person code (our banner with text links) that they are required to insert on to their own website before their photo appears on our website. Each banner will be specific to the breed of animal the user has (i.e. a Yorkie breeder would insert code that links back to our Yorkie pages and a Pug breeder would insert code that links back to our Pug pages, and so on).

The script needs to automatically verify that the person inserted the code onto their site before it allows them to post their photo. The script should allow us to easily change the banners that people are asked to insert on their websites. Also, it should allow us to turn off and on what info the user can insert (i.e. sometimes we could allow a link and sometime we could not allow a link to be added). It would also be useful to have the same thing, but web videos instead of pictures.
