I have posted prior, but now have different information.
Moved to another ISP. The website is still being hosted at the old ISP. They pointed the new IP address to the Gallery on the local computer. Everyone connecting to the website can see the photos, but the local computer cannot access the photos. When clicking on the Photo button on his website, it connects to the DSL modem setup page. Unable to add new photos to Gallery because of this problem. Do not know how to fix this.
