"upgraded" album error (manual upgrade?)

I have a problem with an album that got "upgraded" by clicking into it. I don't think it actually got upgraded. I am getting these errors:

I fixed them in my other albums by upgrading them using the special upgrade function. However if I try on this one it says its up to date. Is there some way to make it out of date so I can run the upgrade script on it again? Or even to manually update it?

Which album is this. If you backed up your .dat files as we've suggested, can you restore the dat files for just that album?

Actually ended up getting it working... I went into the part where you select the "extra fields". I got some errors in there, but when without saving anything I clicked the ok (something like that) button and it fixed it.
