the picture is white.... i tried all NetPBM for 1.4 from your site... all just with ftp install... but i make 755 ... plz help...

Everythig is okay with your Netpbm.
You are using the wrong URL to your albums folder.

FAQ: I can successfully upload photos, but when I look in my album all I see are broken image icons. Why?
