Unable to log into my own site, again/still...

The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).

(I can't get into my gallery config wizard, so info below is my best guess)

Gallery URL (optional but very useful): www.aaltenvoogd.com/gallery.htm or www.gallery.aaltenvoogd.com
Gallery version: 1.5.3
Apache version: 1.3.33 (I think)
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please): 4.4.2 (I think)
Graphics Toolkit: NetPBM
Operating system: web server: linux, my laptop: windows xp
Web browser/version (if applicable): IE7

I had a problem before with this: I was no longer able to log into my own gallery. I didn't get an error or anything, I just remain un-logged in, as if nothing had happened.

H0bbel pointed out that it was due to the fact that my gallery is in a subdomain (gallery.aaltenvoogd.com) and I was trying to log in from the main domain. But now I can't even log in from either domain. I have cleared out browsing history, temp files & cookies in case that was it but has made no difference.

Any ideas what I should do?
