I am embeding Gallery2 inside the Serendipity Blog. I installed the plugins to embed the gallery into the blog. The gallery does appear but the image path is wrong.

I know that the "brian" needs to be replaced with "www" for it to work. Not sure who to get this done using the gallery.
Also, I have the matrix template installed but don't see the changes. I tried deleting the cache for the templates.

i don't know the serendipity integration, but there's sure some configuration in there too.
you need to change the g2Uri to 'http://www.mysite.com/gallery/main.php' and the 'embedUri' to 'http://www.mysite/gallery/gallery2embedded.php'
