"Next Page" redirects to landing page

When I attempt to go to "Page 2" of thumbnails it simply sends me back to the gallery landing page.

More than likely similar to this thread(http://gallery.menalto.com/node/68074). Although the URL rewrite doesn't appear to be working. The URL rewrite for "Display Item" states "v/%path%"

Just in the process of transferring the site and building this gallery, but here is the staging URL: http://www.server7.sslpage.com/~webtrend/photobook/main.php

I will readily admit I am a newb at this particular application and search brings up more pages than I can sift through.

that's an upgrade issue with some of the older themes. (like your pre-official version of the carbon theme).
please upgrade your theme, e.g. use the most recent version of the carbon theme.

I thought I had fl'd it right from the source, obviously not. Where would one find the OFFICIAL version of this?

click downloads above, then (official) Themes.
Or Site Admin / Plugins / Get More Plugins in G2.2.x.
