Customisable plug in for photo printing

Just wondering if anyone has written a plug in that allows a user to customise the photo printing service used.

I have used the various American printing services plugins on offer and they are great but I would like to be able to use Australian services as well.

Is it possible to modify the existing code to do this or am I dreaming?
