how to default slideshow settings?

The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful):
Gallery version:2
Apache version:
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please):
Graphics Toolkit:imagemagic
Operating system:
Web browser/version (if applicable):

Can someone tell me what file to edit where I can change the slideshow default settings of delay, direction, max size and fade?
