Block Server gives 500 - Server error

My site (http://www.tv4x4.co.uk) give errors when using Random Block (and Random Block enhanced. This has come on suddenly following some uploading of pictures to albums (specifically the Broxhead -August 2008 Album). It is on a hosted server so I have limited access to the logs. I have seen mention of the memory problem and I have therefore tried to reduce the number of pictures in the album. Fixed it - had to restore an old cache file which then seemed to force a cache update.

Aaagh - once the cache is due a refresh then the problem returns!
Any ideas - as I said before this is on a hosted service so limited access to the server side.

This http://www.puatraining.de is not so recomende at leas you want to be a Pua or work with www.puatraining.de
