Hallo all, my suggestion would be: the possibility of commenting the whole album. We are runnign portal for architect and they are presenting their works. Other people can now only comment particular vizualizations etc. but not the idea of the project etc. As such I would somehow like to: add larger text area to albums where people could describe in more detailed way the idea of the project in album. with best regards! 1) Commenting whole album: Good idea. Will see if it makes sense from a UI point of view. In the meantime, you could create a thumbnail as the first image in the album, and caption it "Please put your comments about this project here"
2) Larger text area for albums: done! Download 1.3.4_RC?. In album properties, there is a new field called "Summary". It can be as large as you like.

joan thank you for your advice! I will use the summary option.. as to spaceholding image .. the problem is we are using the random block in php nuke and these images would rotate on the main page which we cannot allow. but anyway gallery is giving us merely all we could imagine + something above

Just to endorse ideon's suggestion that it would be great to be able to make comments about a whole album on the thumbnails page. I am using gallery in a similar way, with albums relating to specific projects, and several of my users have said that they would find this really helpful.
Anyway thanks for Gallery, the new features in 1.3.4_RC are fantastic!
