cant upload (hosting my own server)

easyphp 1.6 bundle with mysql php winxp
i cant upload any .bmp .jpg .gif
and i get this results:

i check the faq but it didnt solve anything

darn i just read the other post we both have the same problem.
i just have to change the eazyphp dir. but i would have to change all everything in my community site. aww crap
